Online registration has closed for RadTech 2010, but we would still love to see you at the event.  To register on-site, please print out this on-site registration form and fill it out in advance to save time.  Registration will be located in the Charles Street Lobby of the Baltimore Convention Center and opens each day at 7:00 AM.

• Admission to choice of Conference Sessions (both Technical and End User) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

  * NOTE:  You must pay for each Conference for End Users Session you wish to attend.  User Focus Session registration
  will not gain you access to Technical Conference Sessions.  If you wish to attend both industry focus and technical conference
  sessions, you must register for the Technical Conference. 

EXHIBIT ONLY REGISTRATION
$50 Admission fee if postmarked by May 14, 2010
$75 Admission fee after May 14 at On-Site

NOTE:  Cost of exhibition registration is included with ALL technical conference and industry focus session registrations!

Exhibit Only Admission Fee Includes:

• Admission to Exhibition all week long

RadTech UV/EB 2010 STUDENT FEES 

Undergraduate & Graduate Students are admitted free.
To qualify

• Must be a full time student
• Must provide proof of current enrollment with registration form

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to April 30, 2010.  Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to May 10, 2010.  No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 10, 2010.  Exhibit Only Registrations are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.  Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations and must be submitted in writing on company letterhead.  No substitutions will be accepted for Exhibit Only Registrations.
